One of the bands we have the immense pleasure of working with exclusively are the wondrous Midnight Specials and we are proud to announce the launch of their newly minted website. This Edinburgh based wedding band go out mainly as the 5 piece you see above and boast three vocalists. Aside from the standard instrumentation of guitars, bass, keys and drums they occasionally utilise a ukelele and a washboard if the need arises.
Their repertoire is gargantuan taking in classic rock acts such as the Stones and CCR as well as some seriously cool 70s era disco funk such as Hall and Oates and KC and the Sunshine Band and needless to say can do a small, called ceilidh set, check out the samples on their site.
Like a lot of bands they’ll learn your first dance for you which is great and if you even fancied singing the lead vocals on a song of your choice they offer a “Bandeoke” package whereby you and your guests can take to the stage and rather than sing with a backing track playing in the background you’ll be fronting a band.
