About this Act
Uke Ellington & The Bandits are one of the premier vintage covers bands in the UK, with original and unique arrangements of the very best tunes from the 1920's right up to the 2020's...and all based around the ukulele!
Uke and the boys love bringing their upbeat vibes to every tune they play, be it pop, rock, jazz, blues, country, Motown, soul or any other style! With their killer combination of good humour, old fashioned optimism and superb musicianship, they leave audiences on their feet with huge smiles on their faces!
The band is made up of the recent stars of the 30th Anniversary Production of Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story, Cilla the Musical, The Glenn Miller Story and many more. Between them, the boys have performed on stage and screen all over the world at some of the biggest and best venues out there, and also have over 10 million views on YouTube between them.
