Reishel

Reishel ('REE-shell') is a band of authentic and talented musicians who understand the power of a good 'knees up' to create a truly memorable occasion. They treat their guests to a varied and flexible programme of Scottish ceilidh dance music, designed to get everyone on their feet and on the dance floor. Listen to the video and sound clips! 

For guests who may be unfamiliar with the dances, or perhaps just need a little reminding, the band has an energetic dance caller to demonstrate the steps, so everyone will understand the moves and grooves and can give it their best shot. 

The band’s core repertoire of Scottish ceilidh dance music is well suited to all ceilidh events and, of course, to weddings. The band has a wider musical repertoire for playing at other types of event such as concert recitals, music for formal dinners, conferences and corporate events, and all sorts of family events and celebrations.
