About this Act
The multi award winning string ensemble Capella String Quartet is formed by professional orchestras throughout Scotland. Performing a variety of styles from Classical, traditional Scottish, Jazz, Swing and Pop, the quartet members have performed regularly with top artists such as Kanye West, The Beach Boys and Madonna. They can add class to any occasion and variety of styles to suit any musical tastes.
The perfect accompaniment to your wedding ceremony, Capella String Quartet can play for you coming down the aisle, signing the register, for the recessional, as well as accompanying singers and hymns. They are also great backdrop for a drinks reception with a lovely selection of modern covers.
Capella String Quartet can also perform with electric strings. This is a perfect focal point or warm up for event band or DJ and a great way to get people on the dance floor.
Capella String Quartet perform as a 4 piece as standard, but can also reduce to a 3 piece. Larger line-ups are also available on request.
