It is a fun act so you don’t want it if you’re trying to achieve a very serious feel with your big day. The music can be a mix of pop, swing, musical theatre and opera and The SOS Secret Opera Singers (right) will incorporate special requests.

Josh Doughty

You might be aware of harp music at weddings but you can add a bigger twist to this classical style by hiring a harpist who plays the West African harp.

Kora, which is a 12-string harp, has a unique style that adds a lovely sound to your wedding music. Josh Doughty (left) is placed in Bristol and London but he can travel around the whole of the UK. West African harp sounds are soft and they suit an open-air or elegant wedding. While it’s great as just background music, the sounds will be lovely to listen to and Josh’s performance is captivating.
