As standard they comprise vocals, guitar, drums, bass and keyboards and can augment their sound with the addition of further vocals and brass up to an eight piece. With a massive repertoire of the biggest hits from across the decades covering funk, disco, R&B, pop and rock and they are one of the most popular bands on todays party scene.
Michael Mcaleavy (right) is a Wedding Guitarist based in the North West of England but available to travel all over the UK. With a Degree in Music, specializing in performance and composition, he regularly plays at weddings, functions, bars and restaurant. Michael’s repertoire consists of Jazz, Swing, Latin, and contemporary Pop Music. His non obtrusive, ambient style makes him the perfect Musician to provide beautiful background Music for any occasion. He is also happy to take requests in advance. Michael started his Musical journey as a Drummer before picking up the Guitar at age 13 after being influenced by Jazz and blues guitarists such as Jimi Hendrix, Joe Pass, Tommy Emmanuel and Django
Reinhardt. Equipped with only the most professional equipment, all that Michael needs for your event is a chair and space to play.
Becky Burraway (left) is a classically trained solo vocalist and is a very versatile and unique performer. She can perform a number of styles from Opera/Classical to Pop, Jazz and Musical Theatre such as Ave Maria, April in Paris, Sweet Child o’ Mine and Somewhere Over the Rainbow. Becky also has experience performing with a full orchestra, as well as more intimate performances with acoustic guitar, piano accompaniment or simply a backing track so she can tailor her singing style and accompaniment to suit your event and make it memorable.
The Goodfellows (right) are a Birmingham based duo and are an upbeat and lively act, delivering pop and rock classics from The Everley Brothers to The Beatles, from Wheatus to Taylor Swift (with a twist). Playing all the favourite songs across the decades from the 50’s to modern day they perform superb vocals harmonies and bother accompany themselves on alectro-acoustic guitars. They are a highly experienced act having performed at countless weddings, corporate events and international events.
The Portabellos (bottom pic) are a 3 piece vocal harmony act from London, specialising in vintage re imaginings of modern pop songs blended with a comprehensive catalogue of Swing & Jazz standards. These ladies add a dash of class and a generous measure of fun to any event and take their many musical cues from the likes of Etta James and Ray Charles and also play more modern tracks in their own style such as Blackstreet’s No Diggity and John Legend’s All of Me. Complete as a 3 piece act with tracks or with the added sound of the full band behind them. These Ladies are highly experienced and sought after vocalists and have worked with the likes of artists such as peter Andre, Pixie Lott, Beverley Knight, Olly Murs, Alexandra Burke and many more, as well as toured in prestigious venues all over the UK and cruise ships and hotels internationally.
