About this Act
Nouvelle Jukebox is an Edinburgh-based band who specialise in swing versions of pop classics.
Their set includes the likes of Britney Spears, Kate Bush, Queen, Radiohead, Soundgarden, the Talking Heads, the White Stripes, George Michael, the Kinks, Bill Withers, Soft Cell, and the Velvet Underground --among others-- as well as swing classics from the 1920s & 1930s.
The band is: Shannagh Halewood (vocs), Phil Hopwood (guitar), Chazzy "Chazzy P" Pulcino (bass), and "Dr." Dirk Ronneburg (violin).
