We love it when we come across a truly unique band and Gorgeous George are just that. They have a upbeat quirky sound that is sure to get everyone up and dancing and their intelligent and whitey Cockney lyrics add another dimension to their sound. This young, unique 7 piece Gypsy/Klezmer/Cockney act have been taking the capital by storm since they formed a year ago. Described as ‘Ian Dury jamming with the Pogues at a Hungarian Bar Mitzvah (TIME OUT)’, they really are a spectacle that has to be seen and heard to be truly believed.
