Emeli Sandé Tribute
Emeli Sandé Tribute

Tribute acts have a fairly long history, the band thought by most to have made the genre almost respectable being Bjorn Again who can sell out sizeable venues on their own. These guys aren’t quite there yet but this selection of tribute acts for hire through Freak Music in the UK is still of a pretty high quality.

Emeli Sandé tribute – My Version of Events (above) is brought to you by the immensely talented Corrine Oliver who is one of the most sought after singers in Scotland and understandably so. Corrine has wowed crowds up and down the country for the past nine years, building up an excellent reputation, and gaining invaluable experience and respect within the industry. Like Emeli, she is a naturally shy girl, who comes to life on stage and sets the place alight whenever and wherever she performs. Corrine is unbelievably similar to Emeli in so many ways. An unassuming Scot who simply loves to sing and move her audience with emotionally delivered lyrics and melodies. You truly will be captivated from the minute this girl steps on stage with her magical and authentic vocal performances of the multi-award winning Scottish songstress’s hits.

Got the Crown is a  fantastic tribute to Robbie Williams. Andy Miller’s show consists of all the great hits, he truly does “entertain you”. Already established as one of the top vocalists in Scotland, Andy relives the magic and essence that is Robbie Williams. His spectacular tribute show combines Robbie’s trademark and unorthodox arrogance with his own natural humour, he gives an electrifying stage performance along with a vocal ability which shakes the audience to the core and leaves them wanting more! Andy is often asked if he mimes during his performances – a true compliment indeed. The Show can be Taylor made to suit any event or venue and is delivered with sheer accuracy along with the professional lighting and stage performance which you would expect from the man himself. Andy has been performing in the style of Robbie Williams for a number of years and has perfected the ability to deliver vocal accuracy during his set.The show can accommodate all venues and can be adapted to suit. Andy has performed in some of the top corporate venues across the UK, entertaining large numbers of audiences who can’t believe his vocal excellence. This is a fantastic energetic show, dedicated to the sheer brilliance that is Robbie.

Fu Fighters – a tribute to the amazing Foo Fighters playing the greatest hits from all 7 studio albums. The band is made up of 4 guys who have a love for the Foos and a passion for playing their songs. Band was initially formed by Kevin and John, two guys who have known each other for years and played in a number of bands together. Kevin or “Dave Grohl” is an amazing guitarist who not only looks the part but sounds the part with his vocal ability. John or “Chris Shiflett” easily stepped up as lead guitar with his years of experience and stage presence as an awesome guitarist. Soon followed Karl “Taylor Hawkins” on drums who’s attack, strength and drum fills leave audiences in awe. Lastly Ian “Nate Mendel” standing tall at the back provides the bass, keeping tight with the drums and adding a subtle variations to the rhythm section to keep the audiences on their toes. The Fu Fighters meticulous attention to detail in recreating both album and live versions of the Foo Fighters songs have made them one not to miss.

Last but by no means least, we give you Mad4it (right). They are the closest you will get to the sound and atmosphere of an Oasis show playing all the hits of one of Manchester’s greatest exports. Working hard to recreate the classic sound and stage presence of the band, Mad4it will take you back to the 90s for a sorted, top, nice one show. Result!
