Edinburgh based six piece band Emily and the Fedoras are a big party band with a big, soulful sound emphasised Horns and backing singers. Their repertoire is a back catalogue of classic covers from artists such as Marvin Gaye, Tina Turner, Bruce Springsteen, Amy Winehouse and Otis Redding. The band will take you back to an era where the beats were as cool as the style.
They will ensure that your dance floor is filled and will inject a whole lot of fun into your event. As well as having a slick, professional sound they are passionate about creating a party atmosphere, radiating enough energy to light up any event.
As well and the full Monty, they can also provide either a 3 or 4 piece acoustic act for background events or a non-acoustic 4 piece if you require a bit of oomph.

Emily and The Fedoras were the band at a wedding I recently attended. They were fantastic, created a great atmosphere and everyone was up on the dance floor. Can't recommend them enough and definitely want to see them again in the future. Proud Mary and Son of a Preacher Man were definitely the two that did it for me! Thanks guys for a great night!"

"Having invited Emily and The Fedoras to perform at two charity gigs I was so pleased and impressed with them as the headline act for the nights. They stormed in with great musical aplomb and got everyone on their feet dancing. This is the kind of musical talent that gets the place jumping and I would wholeheartedly recommend them for all sorts of occasions."
