About
Keith Murray is a solo classical guitarist based in Glasgow, Scotland. He is in demand both as a teacher and a performer, playing regularly at venues throughout Scotland and at many private functions. He has studied music at Napier University in Edinburgh and played in master-classes for Pavel Stiedl, Mark Ashford, Eden-Stell Duo and Amanda Cook. Keith also writes a monthly guitar technique column for “Acoustic” magazine.
Keith is available to perform at weddings, hotels, restaurants and functions, for example, staff conferences, private parties and such like. This could be as light background entertainment or a Classical Guitar Recital. While primarily a classical guitarist, Keith will happily provide music ranging from popular to jazz and classical. If you have any specific musical requests, these can usually be arranged for solo guitar, if given a little notice.
