Looking for something different to accompany your event? How about the soothing tones of a solo violin. Whatever the occasion, Claire can provide a subtle accompaniment to your event with her unique sound.
Her PA system and backing tracks fill large or small rooms with beautiful music without being obtrusive, sound or space-wise. From her vast performing experience, Claire knows that no two events are the same, and she will liaise with you prior to the event, to ensure you get exactly the service you require.
Having supplied music for Weddings, Civil Partnerships, Functions, Birthday Parties and other Celebrations over the last ten years, she has amassed a repertoire which spans the musical centuries from popular classics through jazz to modern songs. Any pieces not already in this extensive repertoire can be arranged for a small fee. Living in the North West, she covers many areas including Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire, The Lake District, The Wirral, Lancashire and Staffordshire.
Claire started playing the violin at the age of seven and went on to study music at the University of Leeds, the Franz Liszt College of Music in Weimar, Germany and the Royal Northern College of Music. She performs regularly with orchestras in England and Scotland, including the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, Halle, Opera North and Northern Ballet Theatre.
As well as providing the solo violin experience, Claire also performs with a string quartet and a jazz trio.
Where are they based?
Claire is based in Liverpool but works regularly in Cheshire, Manchester, Wirral, North Wales and the Lake District. She is happy to travel further than the North West for additional transportation fees.
