About this Act

Epic 80s are a high energy tribute act to that much maligned decade the 1980s. Whether you prefer to get into the groove with Madonna, dance on the ceiling with Lionel or party like it’s 1999 with Prince, Epic 80s guarantees to entertain.

This band delivers classic 80s hits that are as close to the original records as possible, with an electronic drum kit, authentic keyboard sounds, killer guitar solos and harmonies that are second to none.

Epic80s cover the full spectrum of 80s music, including tracks from the likes of Madonna, Kool and the Gang, Michael Jackson, Journey, Lionel Richie, The Human League, Wham!, Whitney Houston, Shalamar, Queen, The Pointer Sisters, Rick Astley, Tears For Fears, Sadé, Eurythmics, A-Ha, Spandau Ballet, Cameo and many more, see below for representative set list.

"Epic 80s! Thanks for doing such an incredible job at our wedding. Every single person commented on you guys, you were awesome. So many said you are the best live band they have ever seen! We really had a great time. See you soon"

Sean and Vicky Thompson, Worthing

"Epic 80's you are really epic! You put on a tremendous show for my 60th and really personalised the evening. My friends who came to the party have contacted me to indicate their pleasure in your performance. Everyone was up dancing to the music of the 80's and they really enjoyed themselves. We had many musicians at the party who commented positively on the music. What more can you ask. Thank you for all your energy and hard work."

Ethel Trigg, Saltdean

"Darren Soffe and his band Epic80s have entertained guests at two Christmas parties that I have hosted. Dealing with them prior was hassle free with Darren planning ahead to ensure the events ran smoothly. On the night they truly delivered that epic 80's sound that got everyone on the dance floor. I would highly recommend them and intend to engage them again in the future."
