Slide & Fiddle

Slide and Fiddle comprises Chris and Alexandra who offer the beautiful sound of acoustic slide guitar, also known as Dobro and violin/fiddle. 

They perform a mixture of traditional folk tunes from the Celtic, bluegrass and old-time songbooks, along-side classic contemporary songs. They're very experienced at live performance having worked professionally for many years.

Chris is a specialist slide guitarist who writes for the national guitar press as well as working as a session guitarist in the studio and on tour. Alex is a classically trained viola player who has toured the festival circuit as a session musician, including performing at the Glastonbury music festival.
