Based in Glasgow but willing to travel the UK and Worldwide.
Caledonian Cowboy is the driving force behind any event that requires either a full Scottish themed occasion or even just a wee flavour of what Scotland has to offer.
Caledonian Cowboy can organise and chair events such as Scottish Nights, Burn's Suppers, Corporate Events and our most popular and highly recommended celebration ‘Wee Jock's Big Braw Scottish Nite’.
Wee Jock's Big Braw Scottish Nite was created to celebrate everything, or as much as we possibly could, about Scotland and her history and culture without ever becoming boring or staid. A night where the whole room becomes involved and humour plays the greatest part throughout the celebration.
Have you been let down too many times by so called speakers failing to 'Address the Haggis' properly at your Burns or Scottish night? Book Caledonian Cowboy and you can rest easy that your guests and haggis will be piped in professionaly and that 'The Address' will be given with showmanship and expertise.
They can also supply qualified pipers in a solo or mini band capacity with drummers for weddings, funerals, corporate and dining occasions and for any other situation or event that may require traditional Scottish music.
Caledonian Cowboy has played the bagpipes in recent times for Italian and British Royalty, The Davies Cup, and well known and popular bands and artists as varied as Ian Brown, Madness, Alabama 3, The Aliens and The Enemy.
Outside of this Caledonian Cowboy has also performed at T in the Park, Live at Loch Lomond, Tartan Heart Festival, Glasgow's Carling Academy, Barrowland and The S.E.C.C as well as various venues throughout the UK such as Thetford Forest, Camden Crawl and the O2 Arena, London.
Internationally Caledonian Cowboy has also performed in Spain, France, Italy, Algeria, Fiji, Thailand, Dominican Republic, Czech Republic and throughout the United States.
Distance and occasion is no problem for the Caledonian Cowboy and he takes great delight in taking on any challenge that comes his way.
