The Bag Rockers

The Bag Rockers enrich major corporate events at home and abroad with their original twist on traditional Scotland. Formed in 2010 they have received praise from across the entertainment industry playing major venues including the SECC, Clyde Auditorium, Edinburgh Corn Exchange, Aberdeen AECC and large events such as The Rewind Festival, Perth and The Tall Ships, Greenock.

The Bag Rockers are an exciting live experience featuring ex Red Hot Chilli Pipers frontman/guitarist Gregor 'G-Man' James together with two talented professional Grade One pipers and, adding that extra Scottish spice to the shindig, two female professional acrobatic dancers. Their set includes traditional Scots classics such as Loch Lomond, Flower of Scotland and 500 Miles, plus rock classics such as Layla, We Will Rock You, Smoke on the Water and Bohemian Rhapsody, bringing things up to date by covering the likes of Franz Ferdinand and even Lady Gaga's Bad Romance.

Ideal for rocking corporate events, weddings and awards ceremonies as well as a whole host of other gala events with a set designed to entertain every age group and a guarantee of putting a smile on every face.

For something a Wee Bit Different on your Special Day, why not let The Bag Rockers take care of all your Wedding Entertainment !

This includes:

- Two Grade One professional pipers, for all church or ceremony guest welcomes, top table pipe-ins and any other piping you would like.

- Radio mics for the use of those making speeches.

- A 30 minute rousing performance of The Bag Rockers on completion of the speeches, to set off the reception .

- This can be either with or without our two female acrobatic dancers.

- And, for the remainder of the evening, your own bespoke disco with the G-Man as DJ... ( with your choice of tunes, should you wish ). Included in this is an hilarious set of Ceilidh dancing with the G-Man doing the calling !
