The Edge (above) are a first class, modern wedding and party band, rocking corporate events and functions both in the UK and the rest of the globe. The Edge pride themselves on delivering an energetic and exciting performance that will fill dance floors with their mix of latest chart toppers, dance anthems and classic hits from acts as varied as Dee-lite, Rita Ora, Sigma and Basement Jaxx. They have travelled the world performing in beautiful countries such as Dubai, Morocco, Italy and Greece for clients including Samsung, Peugeot, EE and Redbull. The band’s line up is flexible, the standard line up is a 4 or 5 piece but often perform as a bigger band at various corporate events.
Founded by passionate like-minded musicians, Rice ‘n’ Peas (right) have caught the attention of Reggae lovers across the country and have also picked up industry interest along the way. Through a shared love of Rock-Steady Reggae and Rhythm & Blues, the band formed with a vision to create an authentic sound, keeping the dance floor full from start to finish. They are not your ordinary Reggae band, they transform songs from a range of genres into feel-good Reggae jams, audiences find themselves appreciating the well known songs in a fresh, uplifting way. Rice n Peas have transformed songs from the likes of Michael Jackson, Alicia Keys, The Temptations, George Benson to Rihanna; pleasing a varied range of age, style and taste. An overview of the setlist looks almost bizarre when looking at the range of artists and genres however, it all makes sense when you hear it.
As you can guess by the name, Dance Away (left) are an act who specialise in keeping dance-floors filled. Led by a highly experienced female singer, this 5 piece take their musical cues from the likes of Aretha Franklin, Junior Senior, Katy Perry and Sister Sledge. These multi-intrumentalists tailor each setlist to your evening and everything is crafted to keep everyone partying on into the night. They have been playing together for years, nothing will phase these musicians or stop them from delivering outstanding live music for your event.
Plain Folk (bottom) are one of Manchester’s finest acoustic party bands and perform at all sorts of events from private parties to festival stages and of course weddings. Playing bespoke arrangements of classic tunes, they combine stunning vocals, feel-good guitar lines and kicking beats to create the perfect musical accompaniment for your event. With a superb repertoire of classic and contemporary tunes all played with a folktronica twist the band work closely with you to ensure that the music for your event is perfect. Sunny and Blue (right) are an fantastic duo featuring vocals, guitar and keyboard. Being twins, Sunny and Blue’s voices compliment each other superbly and they pride themselves on their close harmonies. They have been performing together around the world since childhood, and have a vast repertoire of songs. This is the right act for a multitude of functions and corporate events.
