Scarletons

The Scarletons are a Wales based wedding band with a superb repertoire of classic rock, pop and soul from the last four decades. They play as a quartet as standard and can expand up to a 12 piece. With 40 years experience under their collective belts they have an impressive client list too having performed for the likes of Jessie J, Samsung, Tinie Tempah and the Sultan of Brunei no less. The repertoire is eclectic to say the least, taking musical cues from acts as diverse as The Trammps, Cyndi Lauper, Stevie Wonder and Daft Punk among others.

He would eventually go on to release his self-produced debut album “Barebones” on his own label Silly Dog Records. Also an in-demand session and performance musician, Murray has performed on numerous recording sessions and played for a number of musical theatre shows, most notably “The Simon and Garfunkel Story”, a production that he toured with for two years playing over 250 shows all over the UK and internationally as well as sell out shows in London’s West End.

Formerly playing with festival favourites Clanadonia he has travelled to many festivals all over the UK and Europe playing along side such acts as Coldplay, The Fun Loving Criminals, Bonnie Tyler, Mike and the Mechanics and Hayseed Dixie. He has a wealth of performing experience  playing at events such as T in the Park, at The Ryder Cup and at countless private and corporate events. The ingenious concept of having two or three or four fantastic vocalists undercover as waitresses/waiters, chefs or firemen is proving to be a hugely popular notion and a brilliant surprise for unsuspecting guests or audiences – whatever the occasion. The Superb Surprise Singers (bottom) will liaise with you to arrange a seemingly-spontaneous surprise performance that will really bring to life your event and make it something people will talk about for months to come!

In a performance that will astound and delight, at a pre-arranged moment, the SSS, in their disguises the singers will burst into song to the amazement of everyone around them. The show is entertaining, impressive and fun. They are professional performers and cater for a broad range of genres by including a selection of popular standards from swing through to musical theatre and opera – they will have everyone thoroughly entertained.
