Bob Ferguson is highly experienced performer who specialises in Corporate events. Bob has performed for twenty years at many of the most prestigious event venues in Scotland. These include Edinburgh and Stirling Castle. St Andrews Fairmont Hotel, Balmoral Hotel, Crieff Hydro, The Sheraton and hundreds more. Guests have been delighted with the colourful tartans he wears that are more like a modern Jamie from Outlander, Rob Roy, or Braveheart.
Bob is a seasoned performer with a powerful voice suited to Scottish and Celtic Music. Versatility is a keyword in Bob's approach to all events. Whatever the situation, Bob can adapt. With the experience, Bob has using wireless packs for voice and instruments any organiser will be assured that the audience will be entertained as he roams around the stage and among audiences. At locations where there is no power for PA equipment. Bob has roamed around country paths, halls, corridors and from room to room at events. He has joined processions and performed at entrances to events also. Whatever the situation, Bob will be comfortable and highly adaptable.
Bob has also performed and still does with larger bands around Europe and has been a full-time musician for twenty years. Over the years Bob has performed folk only sets or sets with Scottish, Irish, Country, 60's, 70's, some mainstream music and Bob even performs and teaches a few ceilidh dances to songs he sings. Bob is also willing to learn songs, especially for your event if a client has special requests. Bob is also a fine songwriter and can add his original songs in if requested. Slow sets, medium sets or fast-paced sets or a simple background performance all fine with Bob.
The one boast from Bob is that every venue he has performed at re-booked him and his experience also includes Festivals, theatres, folk clubs, TV and radio.
