The Keystrings are a cocktail duo specialising in easy listening, light jazz and celtic music. Perfect for a wedding ceremony, private party, drinks reception or lounge/piano bar, they also cater for celidhs. Featuring Joe Hume on piano, saxophone and clarinet and Stephen Bull on violin, guitar and vocals, their musical versatility is astounding. Ranging from jazz standards for the early twentieth century extending through to modern day classics, this duo can truly create the magic mood for your special occasion.

About the Keystrings...
Joseph Hume attended the RSAMD (Royal Academy of Music and Drama). He also posesses a degree in Music technology.
- He plays piano, clarinet, saxophone and organ.
- He has played on BBC television and also ITV.
- He is an accomplished and sought after piano teacher as well as being an excellent musical arranger.
- He has won awards in musical performance during his time in education including a distinction in the Ayrshire festival.
- He was one of only five students to qualify for attendance in the European orchestra 'Notes from a Small Island'.
Stephen Bull is a graduate of Strathclyde University.
- He plays guitar, violin, bass, keyboard and sings.
- He is a full member of the Performing Rights Society as a composer. He has apperared on BBC radio, local television and Clyde 1 FM.
- He has played alongside the likes of English Folk band 'The Levellers' and toured Scandinavia and England.
Since being formed in late 2007, The Keystrings have achieved recognition as a superior lounge/reception act. Utilising the very latest in musical technology, these guys offer a consistent and unbeatable sound.
