About
Sahara has created a new wave of classical music under the creative drive of saxophonist and composer Miss Sarah Louise Ings, formed in September 2007. Performing a fusion of classical, tango and latin music to live pre recorded backing tracks, live band or DJ. Available for headlining work, corporate events and weddings in the UK and abroad. Sahara’s choreographed show and dramatic stage presence is a great way of adding sparkle to your event.
Sahara’s success is not one to be taken lightly. In less than one month Sahara performed to over 20,000 people, has been the face of Walk the Walk for Breast Cancer Bristol and been interviewed by BBC Radio Bristol, Muso and Classical Music Magazine. March 2009 saw the release of their music video on Classic FM TV and now they are due to release their EP with Rupert Christie, producer for Karl Jenkins, Universal and Sony records to name a few.
