During the early 1990s a glam rock tribute act, simply named “Those Glam Rockers” were formed to fill a gap in a music scene which lacked the glitz and razzmatazz of the ‘70s.
1993 saw the band supporting German rockers 'Die Toten Hosen' on a 3 week tour of Europe, culminating in 2 nights 'sold out' at the Phillipshalle in Dusseldorf.
Following a short layoff, a proposition of a one off charity gig In the Autumn of 2010 allowed the band to take up the glam gauntlet again and such was the success of the event that the Glams set out to show that they are still a relevant force in musical entertainment. Since then bookings have continued to roll in and today Those Glam Rockers are as busy as ever!
Where are they based?
The band are based in Norwich and will travel throughout England.
