The band is fronted by two Soul Divas, both of whom have unique and powerful voices. Add to them the distinctive Soul sound of the horn section set on the tight foundation of the guitar, bass and drums and layer with rich backing vocals, and you have a lush, soulful sound.
Regularly performing at an eclectic range of events, especially when a party atmosphere is required, Chicago Joe & the Soul Divas always give that extra bit of something special. Their extensive, constantly updated repertoire includes songs from classic artists such as Otis Redding, James Brown, Aretha Franklin, Etta James, The Blues Brothers, Wilson Pickett, Fontella Bass, Amy Winehouse and many more.
