About the Band

Corra originated in as a Celtic band in 2004 and over the years have evolved into an all encompassing ensemble providing music raging from; soul, funk, rock n roll, disco and contemporary pop tunes without loosing their traditional roots. Therefore when it comes to the ceilidh, the standard is as much a priority to that of the other tunes in the set.

The band showcase the talent of some of the counties finest musicians and vocal entertainers who can effortlessly turn their hand to any genre, providing a perfect blend of varied entertainment when you the impossible task of trying to please everyone.

Corra also deliver a very personal service which aims to satisfy the individual needs of clients. They have no rigid formula for an evening and don’t believe in set-lists, preferring instead to read the crowd on the night, keeping things fun, interesting and different every time. There are also different packages available to suit different venues and budgets.

This versatility and level of customer care, a huge repertoire and a fun and energetic performance every time are a few reasons why you would be hard pushed (for a band of this kind) to find a more entertaining, soulful and slick out-fit for your event.

Where are they based?

Based in Edinburgh but play regularly throughout Scotland and across the UK.
