Highland HotClub are a swinging combo exploring the virtues of popular music culture from across the multiverse. Their repetoire ranges from Gypsy Jazz, Standards, Hot Country, Latin American & wee bit diddly dee...

Jazz can be the freest form of music and Highland Hotclub are happy to take latin rhythms combined with harmonies from the great American song book, Eastern European Klesmer violin and high octane guitar. All of this is played with a great swing.

So, at a Highland Hotclub gig, you'll hear anything from bossa nova, tango, country swing, rock, pop, classical all served up in a jazz melting pot. Their 'kitchen sink' jazz is fully inclusive.

As well as playing major festivals & venues, they host a monthly "Blue Note Nite" in the Inverness area on the last Friday of each month which regularly features local musicians.
