Eric is based in Glasgow but will travel all over Scotland for events.

Standard Set Times

  • Any period up to three and a half hours approx. Can advise on request. A fifteen minute comfort break after each one and a half hour performance, typically.

About this Act

Eric is a talented pianist whose influences and playing style has evolved from listening to and performing classical piano, popular music, blues and jazz standards. His performances are easy on the ear and based on melodic lines and inventive chord voicings, ideal for background piano music at receptions, weddings, corporate dinners, hotels and seasonal events.

Eric was the bandleader of Atlantic Avenue (recently disbanded), a live band and one of Scotland’s top corporate and wedding acts. He has played at over 150 different venues throughout Central Scotland at prestigious corporate events and weddings over a 15-year period.

Eric created all of the musical arrangements from original covers. He has also worked with his own clients in the corporate and wedding sectors over this period. He has worked with various bands and musicians such as SAHB, Slik, Love and Money and Hue and Cry over a 30-year period.

Eric is based in Central Scotland, and has played at numerous venues including the Edinburgh Caledonian Hilton, Gleneagles Hotel, and Doubletree by Hilton at Dunblane Hydro, Òran Mór, Xscape, and Strathclyde University. Clients include; The Variety Club Scotland, Glasgow City Council and The Law School Tutors. Events include: Seasonal, weddings, retirement and corporate dinners and receptions.
