Our continuing jackdaw-like collecting of musical gems carries on unabated and we are now receiving around 20 registration requests from various types of functions and party bands a week, which isn’t bad. Recent standouts includes this lot:
Roslyn Sings, so named because her name’s Roslyn, and she sings. Roslyn has the ability to sing in a number of different styles ranging from ballads, jazz and soul to rock, pop and contemporary chart hits, and tailors every performance to fit the audience. LeFunk! is a highly experienced covers band based in Manchester and specialising in classic funk, soul and disco hits. If you are looking to bring a fun, party atmosphere to an event, be it a wedding, birthday, festival or conference, then LeFunk! will provide it with a dancefloor driven repertoire honed through years of experience.
We also give you the wonderfully named, Surviving strings. This talented female acoustic duo, Bex on guitar/vocals and Chrissie on percussion/vocals perform popular acoustic covers and they also do their own original material. They are able to play special requests at short notice. They have an indoor and outdoor PA system available so they can literally play anywhere.
