About the Band

The CoverUps are a four-piece pop and rock act performing hits by artists from the last 40 years, consisting of lead vocals plus backing vocals provided by the guitarist and bassist, all set to the solid grooves laid down by the drummer. The mixture of authentic covers are sure to keep the dance floor filled throughout the evening. In addition the band are able to perform a choice acoustic set for that chilled early-evening vibe.

Over the five years that the boys have been playing together, The CoverUps have developed and finely-tuned an awesomely tight sound. Amongst the notches on their gig post are performances alongside Chesney Hawkes, the Bluetones and Jose Gonzalez, numerous appearances at university balls and corporate events (including Heinz and Oxford Airport), as well as transatlantic performances from Edinburgh and Barbados.

Still a youthful band, The CoverUps give a fresh-faced show, with all the professionalism you'd associate with bands twice their age!
