About this Act

Northwich based Pastry Shoes love to dress up and will envelop you in the warmth of their vintage parlour furnished with fringed lamps and bird cages. Indeed, their regular audiences have come to expect appearances from their faux pet budgies….. Funny and engaging, they play easy-listening jazz and swing and have you singing and dancing to popular hits from the 1940’s to the present day.

They have fun with the repertoire and cover anything from Fats Waller, Carmen Miranda, Stevie Wonder, Abba to the Phil Spector Wall of Sound and Olly Murs. Part of their quintessential charm is what they like to call pastrification, that is their arrangements and interpretations of songs to suit the line-up.
