The band are based in Aberdeen and travel around Scotland, often to the Central belt or Inverness.
Mary May is a jazz singer who fronts various sizes of band from a trio up to a 9 piece. They play jazz standards from the Great American songbook, from Billie and Ella through to more modern standards from the likes of Wayne Shorter and Van Morrison.
They usually perform as a quartet and can add on musicians up to a nine piece band, including horns. Ideally suited to a corporate or party event, the band have been playing around Scotland for 10 years at theatres, clubs, festivals, private and corporate events.
