About the Band

Funk Conspiracy play captivating renditions of classic tracks; from enthralling ballads to storming dancefloor hits.

The band features a strong, versatile female lead vocalist and the standard 6-piece line up can now be expanded to an 8-piece, featuring a dynamic brass section for that authentic soul sound.

Funk Conspiracy aim to play tracks which everybody knows and loves, yet avoid being one of those many typical function bands out these who are just too cheesy. If you like your music funky but also want to please the wide range of guests at your event then this is the band for you.

Based in Newcastle, North East England but within easy reach of Scotland and all of Northern England, the band has performed at a huge range of venues; from the castles and stately homes of Northumberland to hotels (including the Gateshead Hilton) and numerous marquee venues for prestigious events.

Funk Conspiracy come complete with high quality equipment for a professional sound and appearance.

As a bonus the band offers clients the use of their PA equipment for playing an MP3 player through for up to an hour after the band finish playing at no extra cost (or if you have a friend who DJs they could use it too). This means that you can bring exactly the music which you and your friends want to hear while avoiding the extra cost of a DJ.
