Birdland is a jazz & soul vocal harmony trio - think Manhattan Transfer meets the Andrews Sisters with some cool soul thrown into the mix! They are backed by trio of some of Scotland's finest jazz musicians on piano, bass and drums.
Birdland creates a great party atmosphere with great tunes, swinging harmonies and a few dance moves thrown in for good measure.
BIRDLAND is Jess Abrams, Marianne Patrick and Lorna Reid - three singers in their own right who together wow audiences with intricate and close harmonies. They also feature solo numbers in their sets to showcase the individual talents of the group members. They are backed by a great trio comprised of piano, bass and drums.
